- $500 deposit due August 15, 2026 (Non-refundable)
- Final payment is due August 31, 2026
- Cancellation is allowed until September 15, 2026, with 50% return
- No refunds after September 16, 2026
Accepted payments: Venmo, money transfer to Zions Bank and checks are accepted. Credit cards require transaction fees.
Cancellation Policy
- If a natural disaster happens or extraordinary circumstances cause this tour to be cancelled, 20% of the money will be refunded. The remainder will be transferred towards a future tour.
Itinerary Changes
- The tour program may be subject to last-minute changes due to unforeseen conditions such as flight schedules, weather, crowd levels, or site availability. We will do our best to communicate any changes promptly and ensure the best possible experience.
