Melody Travel provides biblical pilgrimage tour coordination and medical tourism facilitation services. We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers including airlines, hotels, and medical clinics.
Melody Travel is a travel coordination company, not a medical provider. Medical procedures are performed by licensed third-party clinics (such as Healthy & Trusty). We are not liable for any medical outcomes. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
Tour reservations require a deposit to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable unless the tour is cancelled by Melody Travel. Full payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure may receive a partial refund of payments beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable. Medical travel bookings have separate cancellation terms communicated at booking.
Melody Travel's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for events beyond our control including natural disasters, political instability, airline delays, or medical complications.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
