The Doctor-Led Difference

Who Actually Holds the Instruments Matters More Than Any Brochure

The most common cause of an unnatural-looking or failed hair transplant isn't technology — it's a surgeon who delegates the critical steps. We built our entire model to prevent this.

Our Doctor-Led Model

  • Doctor designs your hairline personally, before anything begins
  • Doctor performs all extractions and channel incisions — the two steps that determine your result
  • Graft count is estimated only after a thorough donor area evaluation
  • Maximum two surgical cases per day — full attention, no rush

Channel incisions alone determine your hair's angle, direction, and density. This is why a doctor must perform them — every time.

The Procedure

What Actually Happens on the Day

Step by step — what we do, who does it, and why each stage matters to your final result.

01

Donor Evaluation & Hairline Design

Before a single graft is discussed, the doctor maps your donor density under magnification and hand-draws your new hairline. Nothing is standardised — every detail is specific to your facial structure and realistic growth potential.

02

Follicular Unit Extraction (Doctor-Performed)

The surgeon performs all extractions personally using a micro-punch device. Each follicular unit is freed from the donor zone with precision — graft quality directly determines your result density.

03

Graft Preservation & Quality Control

Extracted follicles are immediately transferred into a nutrient-rich preservation solution. Each graft is individually inspected before implantation — damaged or weak grafts are discarded, not implanted.

04

Channel Creation & Implantation

The surgeon creates every implantation channel using sapphire micro-blades at precise angles and depths. This step defines direction, density distribution, and the final look. Grafts are then placed one by one into each channel.

Procedure time: 6–10 hours depending on graft count. Donor area heals within 7–10 days. New hair growth begins at 4–6 months. Full, final result at 12–18 months.

Patient Results

We Show You the Whole Journey — Not Just the After Photo

Any clinic can post a final-result photo. We document every stage because honest documentation is the only proof that means anything.

Day 0

Before

We photograph the donor area, hairline, and zones of loss in clinical conditions. This is the baseline we will be held accountable to — every time.

Graft count and zone coverage are agreed upon here, in writing.

Day 1–3

Immediately After

Redness, mild swelling, and visible implanted grafts. This stage looks alarming to patients who weren't told to expect it. We prepare every patient for this phase in advance.

What you see immediately after is not your result. Managing this expectation is our responsibility.

Week 10–14

3-Month Check

The transplanted grafts have shed (normal) and new hair is beginning to emerge. Density is low at this stage. Patients who weren't counselled often panic here — our patients know to expect this.

Shock loss in the native hair is possible. We discuss this risk before the procedure, not after.

Month 12–18

Final Result

Full density and natural hair texture are achieved. This is the photograph that gets shared — but it is the honesty of the earlier stages that earns the trust behind it.

A great result looks like your hair always grew that way.

Full before/after case studies with verified patient timelines are available upon request during your consultation.

Honest Candidacy Assessment

We Will Tell You If You Are Not a Suitable Candidate

This is one of the most important things we do — and one of the rarest in this industry. If a procedure cannot deliver a result we are genuinely proud of, we will not perform it.

We Will Advise Against Proceeding If:

  • Donor area too weak or depleted to yield sufficient healthy grafts
  • Diffuse unpatterned alopecia (DUPA) — transplanted hair may continue to fall
  • Active scalp conditions such as seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis (must be treated first)
  • Unrealistic expectations — e.g., demanding a 25-year-old's hairline on a 55-year-old scalp
  • Significant ongoing medical conditions that increase surgical risk without medical clearance
  • Norwood scale 6–7 with insufficient donor density to achieve meaningful coverage

You May Be a Strong Candidate If:

  • Stable hair loss (not actively progressing) with a healthy donor zone
  • Realistic expectations aligned with what your donor area can deliver
  • Good general health with no contraindicated medications
  • Clear, specific areas of loss where transplanted hair will make a visible difference

Not sure if you're a candidate? That's exactly what the consultation is for.

Send us your photos. Our doctor will give you an honest medical opinion — not a sales pitch. If you're not ready, we'll tell you what needs to change first.

Your First Step Is a Consultation, Not a Commitment

Send us your photos. Describe your situation. Our doctor will review your donor area and give you a straightforward medical opinion on what is and isn't achievable — at no cost and with no sales pressure.

If we can't deliver the result you need, we will tell you clearly — and point you in the right direction.
